Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department in Northeast Ohio. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires ARRT certification, CT credential (or within 1 year), and an Ohio radiography license, with a supportive team, cross-training, and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or must obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work with CT team and other care staff to provide excellent patient care.
