Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures, prepare and administer contrast, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced imaging department.

The role requires Radiologic Technologist licensure, ARRT CT registration, and BLS. A 1+ year experience in radiology is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within Carle Health’s imaging services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Certificate of Completion with Radiologic Technology coursework.
• Licensure in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registrations as listed.
• BLS and CT/CNMT certifications may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures and processes exams per department protocols.
• Administers IV and other contrast agents as appropriate.
• Reviews patient history and imaging orders for medical necessity.
• Transfers and verifies images in PACS for radiologist interpretation.
