Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research imaging using ionizing radiation in a clinical setting.

The candidate will verify patient identity, optimize imaging protocols, assess image quality, and assist with interventional procedures while adhering to ALARA principles and regulatory requirements. Education and collaboration within a diverse team are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification by the ARRT or NMTCB is required.
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program.
• New graduates must obtain certification prior to employment; level 2 advancement within 24 months for those hired after a cutoff date.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and scheduling details.
• Optimize imaging protocols for quality and dose optimization.
• Evaluate image quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with interventional procedures and provide patient support.
• Educate and monitor students and other healthcare providers; adhere to regulations and safety standards.
