Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT and molecular imaging procedures, prepare patients, verify orders, and optimize imaging protocols while prioritizing safety and patient comfort.

This role involves administering medications as directed, evaluating image quality, supporting interventional CT procedures, and educating students and healthcare providers in a collaborative health system environment.

Qualifications

• Certification by ARRT or NMTCB and ARRT-CT required.
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commitment to departmental priorities, safety, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently, optimize patient safety, and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper patient identification, preparation, and documentation respecting confidentiality.
• Use appropriate imaging protocols, applying ALARA principles to maximize safe and care.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as directed.
• Evaluate images for quality and proper positioning, managing data storage and transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures and perform prescribed scans.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and demonstrate proficiency in all duties.
