Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (required).
• Technical expertise operating multiple CT systems and advanced imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, physics and pharmacology related to CT imaging.
• Ability to interpret technical factors to enhance scan quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, dose management and patient care for various ages.
• Experience with interventional procedures and advanced CTA imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret CT scans in accordance with protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety through proper preparation, positioning, shielding and adjustments.
• Operate CT equipment, injectors and software to acquire high-quality images.
• Maintain and update protocols based on safety standards and tech advances.
• Assist in performing CT interventional and specialized imaging procedures.
• Monitor dose data and ensure scans stay within safety thresholds.
• Stay current with clinical histories and anatomy to match appropriate protocols.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and patient-centered imaging environment.
