Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL is seeking a CT Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will produce diagnostic-quality CT scans, follow ALARA principles, and ensure patient safety throughout the imaging process.

The position requires graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist Program, ARRT CT certification, IEMA accreditation, and BLS. Prior experience in CT is preferred and beneficial in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintains patient safety throughout the imaging process.
• Produces diagnostic-quality CT images per approved protocols.
• Applies professional judgment to optimize image quality.
• Reviews images and initiates corrective action when needed.
• Operates CT equipment and ensures room readiness.
• Coordinates exam flow and prioritizes time-sensitive studies.
• Documents exam details in the medical record and PACS.
• Adheres to safety standards and organizational values.
