ChristianaCare in Middletown, NY is seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist for the ED Imaging Department. The role performs all phases of CT testing on in-patients and outpatients, following established procedures under the Radiologist's direction, and may perform other diagnostic imaging exams as skills permit.

Applicants must have ARRT CT registry and Delaware Radiation Protection license. An Associate degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT registry required.
• License by State of Delaware on Radiation Protection.
• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• CT Registry exam completion is a job requirement; a non-certified recruit will have 2 years to pass the exam.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsabilités

• Perform all phases of CT Scan testing on in-patients and outpatients under Radiologist supervision.
• Perform other diagnostic imaging exams as skills permit.
• Assist in clerical and scheduling duties as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in CT Scanner units and safety procedures.
