Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE, is seeking a Full-Time CT Supervisor to lead the CT team at the Newark Campus. You will supervise CT technologists and trainees, collaborate with radiologists, and ensure QA and regulatory compliance.

This role requires ARRT(R) and CT certification, at least 5 years CT imaging experience, and strong leadership; bachelor's degree preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CT imaging experience required.
• ARRT (R) required, CT certification.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of CT technical and assistant staff.
• HR activities including evaluations, interviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain staffing levels across Newark/Middletown/Wilmington campuses.
• Work with radiologists to create and maintain CT protocols.
• Maintain quality of clinical images and equipment safety.
• Coordinate maintenance and regulatory compliance of imaging equipment.
• ACR Accreditation of CT units and update CT policies.
• Coordinate student rotations and participate in PI initiatives.
• Other duties as required.
