Job summary

The role involves collaboration with physicians and nurses to deliver accurate results while using advanced imaging technology in a dynamic healthcare setting. Florida licensure is required, with ARRT (R) and CT preferred and BLS due within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist (required).
• ARRT (R) and (CT) preferred.
• One year of CT experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiology procedures requiring independent judgment, accuracy, and adherence to established protocols.
• Provide safe, compassionate care to patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in the use of ionizing radiation while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and work area to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to ensure seamless patient care.
• Prioritize patient needs while delivering accurate and timely imaging results.
