Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a diagnostic imaging program approved by ARRT or NMTCB.
• Registered in one of the ARRT/NMTCB pathways within 12 months of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
• Undergraduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Position patients to optimize imaging while minimizing exposure.
• Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Acquire high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Review images for diagnostic quality before radiologist review.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
