Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging while ensuring a compassionate patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, prepare patients, administer contrast agents, and maintain accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.

The role requires ARRT‑R and ARRT‑CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Expect to work in a collaborative team with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to guidelines and capture diagnostic images with minimal radiation exposure.
• Operate imaging equipment independently while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and address questions to reduce anxiety.
• Administer contrast agents and position patients correctly.
• Review images for quality, repeat or adjust as needed, and document in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Support department workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with team members.
