Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a radiology technologist to perform imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment. You will ensure safety and quality in all duties and maintain equipment and spaces.

The role requires ARRT(R) registration, BLS within 30 days, and Mississippi licensure as applicable, plus at least 6 months of experience in CT or radiography and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in radiology or CT
• ARRT(R) registration required; CT registration preferred
• BLS certification required within 30 days; state licensure as applicable

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of radiologic principles and selects appropriate techniques and positioning.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans aligned with hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintains equipment, procedure rooms and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
• Achieves assigned goals efficiently.

• State licensure as required; ARRT(R) certification necessary, ARRT(CT) preferred.
