Ascension Franklin is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to join our CT department in Franklin, WI. This role focuses on precise imaging, safety, and protocol adherence to support diagnostic excellence.

The position is evenings, full-time, requiring CT specialization credentials and state board eligibility. You will collaborate across teams to ensure optimal patient care and continuous improvement of imaging practices.

Formación

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Radiologic Technologist credentials and CT specializations as required by Wisconsin board and ARRT/NMTCB compliance.
• CNMT and NMTCB/ARRT CT credentials accepted as additions to CNMT.
• ARRT radiography and CT specialties are required or accepted as stated.

Responsabilidades

• Execute precision imaging with proper positioning and parameter selection to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during contrast administration and monitoring.
• Translate radiologist protocols into clinical actions guiding patient care.
• Recommend updates to imaging protocols to maintain advanced and efficient techniques.
• Adhere strictly to radiation guidelines to protect staff and patients.

• Execute precision imaging by selecting technical parameters and positioning patients accurately to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images for disease and injury detection.
• Champion patient safety and comfort through the expert administration of contrast media and continuous monitoring, ensuring a secure environment during every procedure.
• Bridge the gap between technology and care by translating complex radiologist protocols into seamless clinical actions that define the patient’s path to recovery.
• Drive clinical excellence by proactively recommending updates to imaging protocols, ensuring our team consistently utilizes the most advanced and efficient diagnostic techniques.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards by strictly following radiation guidelines to protect yourself, your colleagues, and every patient who walks through our doors.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required: Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Three 12 hour shifts M-F from 1030a-11p typically M-Wed, holiday rotation. No Call
