Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, a partner of Lumexa Imaging, seeks a CT Technologist for our Midtown outpatient imaging center in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on high-quality CT procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting with an emphasis on patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification and CT registry.
• Experience performing CT procedures in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per orders and protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning and image quality.
• Administer contrast media per orders and policies.
• Monitor patients for safety and comfort.
• Verify patient information, orders and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain CT equipment and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
