Job summary

Trinity Health's St Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA seeks a CT Technologist for a full-time, day shift. The role involves performing diagnostic CT exams under Radiologist supervision, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

The position requires ARRT CT registry, graduation from an approved radiology program, and at least 1 year of CT experience. Day shift includes 8a-8p with 12-hour rotations.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT registered - CT registry
• Education: Graduate of approved Radiology Program
• Experience: Experience necessary to demonstrate competence
• Special Qualifications: Working knowledge of the department and modality consistent with education level

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
• Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
• Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
