Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging seeks a motivated CT Technologist for its South Irving outpatient imaging center. The role focuses on performing high-quality CT procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and delivering exceptional imaging experiences.

The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with premium base pay, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and career growth through the Technologist Advancement Academy (TAA).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification and CT registry.
• Current state medical board license (if applicable) and CPR certification.
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain CT equipment and keep exam rooms and work areas clean.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracyMaintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current license from state medical board (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification
