Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging in San Antonio, TX is seeking a motivated MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center on a PRN basis, with Saturday shifts. You will perform high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT, graduation from an accredited RT program, state license if applicable, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
• Current ARRT certification with MR or ARMRIT
• Current license from state medical board (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center. This is a PRN position at our Touchstone Imaging Medical Center in San Antonio, TX working Saturday's.

Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
