Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, a partner of Lumexa Imaging, seeks a motivated CT Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center at the Fossil Creek facility on a PRN basis. You will perform high-quality CT procedures, ensure patient safety, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires ARRT CT certification and graduation from an accredited Registered Technologist program, with a focus on accurate imaging, patient screening, and collaboration with radiologists and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification with Registry in CT.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and CT safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality CT procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)
