Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or completed hospital‑based program in Radiology required.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in CT license required.
• New York State Department of Health Diagnostic Radiographic Technologist License mandatory.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) Technology and cross‑section anatomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience specializing in CT preferred.

Physical Demands

• Heavy lifting and bending.
• Long periods of standing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to see and read well.
• Ability to hear, listen and follow instructions.
• Sufficient mobility and dexterity of both arms or mechanical substitutes to operate a stretcher, move patients and other company equipment.

Pre‑Employment Requirements

• Successfully complete pre‑employment physical examination and obtain medical clearance from Stony Brook Southampton's Employee Health Services.
• Successfully complete a 4‑panel drug screen.
• Meet regulatory requirements for pre‑employment screenings.
• Provide a copy of any required New York State license(s)/certificate(s).

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements could result in a delayed start date and/or revocation of the employment offer.
