Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO seeks an on-site CT Technologist to provide computed tomography imaging in accordance with department standards. This full-time role requires weekend days and a 72-hour biweekly schedule.

Responsibilities include patient education, contrast administration when within scope, equipment prep, and image quality analysis. ARRT CT registry completion within 12 months is expected along with current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT with ARRT CT registry or eligible to complete within 12 months.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross before start date.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures and exams.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; set exposure factors and imaging parameters; ensure safety and quality control.
• Analyze results; report scan findings; may perform 3-D post processing.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Education
