Job summary

UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography scans, review patient history, and educate patients as part of a high-quality imaging team.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, RT licensure, BLS, and ability to work weekend days in an onsite setting. 2 years of CT experience is preferred and compensation reflects experience and local market rates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in CT.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and initiate CT images based on physician order.
• Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient condition.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Apply imaging techniques to maximize image quality and verify equipment function per best practices (AART).
• Possibly perform 3-D post processing and report results.
