Job summary

Methodist ER De Zavala Rd in Schertz, TX seeks a CT Tech to join our team on a PRN basis. You will perform CT imaging, operate CT systems, ensure patient safety, and maintain equipment and records in Meditech and other systems.

The role requires ARRT-R Radiography certification, an associate degree, and BLS within 30 days. You will work collaboratively with radiology staff to deliver accurate exams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certified radiologic technologist with ARRT-R radiography
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
• Proficiency in CT imaging and related equipment

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in CT imaging, positioning, prep, and technical factors.
• Uses Radiology Imaging System (Meditech) for scheduling, tracking, and charges.
• Provides care to neonate through geriatric patients with safety-focused approach.
• Maintains CT room cleanliness and inventory and restocks supplies as needed.
• Works independently and as part of a team, communicates effectively with colleagues and patients.
