Job summary

Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a CT Technologist for the Methodist ER Boerne location. You will perform CT imaging, patient positioning, and procedure preparation, while using the Meditech system for scheduling, tracking, and billing.

The role requires care across neonate to geriatric patients and strict adherence to safety policies. You will maintain CT room readiness, assist with dose monitoring, and support cross-training within the Radiology department.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates competency in CT, positioning, prep, and CT factors.
• Uses Radiology Imaging System Meditech for scheduling, tracking, and charges.
• Care for neonate to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies; recognize crises and report to supervisor.
• Maintain CT room cleanliness and inventory; disinfect and restock."
• May have access to radiopharmaceuticals and contrast agents as appropriate.
• Integrate current science and technology into practice; participate in education and training.
• Complete other duties as assigned; cross-train as needed.
• Dosewatch monitoring responsibilities to ensure compliance with safety and accreditation standards.
