Job summary

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a per diem Radiology CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Encinitas, CA. Shifts are 10.25 hours with varied schedules, including weekends and on-call rotations, across 6:30 AM–9:00 PM. The role supports state-of-the-art CT imaging in a 173-bed acute care facility.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) credential.
• Venipuncture class completion; certificate required at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days.
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology.
• CT Scanning/Imaging experience in hospital or clinic setting.

This is a casual (per diem) position working 10.25 -hour shifts with varied schedules between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Flexibility is required to work throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, as well as participate in the on-call rotation. The position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.

Qualifications

• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
• CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in CT by ARRT
• 2+ years of CT Tech experience
• Cardiac CT experience
• Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
