Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• No experience required.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities include cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety; able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform basic and intermediate diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under Radiologist direction.
• Post-process images and label studies accurately for interpretation.
• Enter patient data and billing codes in the RIS; maintain records per regulations.
