Job summary

Cooper Lighting Solutions in Fayetteville, Georgia, is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN shifts. The role involves using ionizing radiation to create cross-sectional images to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
  • BLS certified.
  • Preferred: 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.

Responsibilities

  • Use ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
  • Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations.
  • Provide patient care to all age groups.

Job description

CT Tech - ODC, PRN

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
  • BLS certified.
