Job summary

Novant Health's Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a CT Technologist to prepare patients and operate CT equipment for high-quality diagnostic scans. You will support physicians and collaborate with a skilled radiology team, while ensuring safety and comfort.

ARRT certification and IV credentialing are required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire, with state licensure and life-support training. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety standards in alignment with “First Do No Harm.”
Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an ARRT‑approved Radiography Program or ARRT/NMTCB‑recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.
  • Associate Degree, preferred.

Experience:

  • One (1) year of CT experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Certified and registered by ARRT in CT (RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT)) or CNMT, RT(CT) — required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • IV credentialing, required.
  • Applicable state license, required.
  • Life Support Training per Novant Health policy (NH-HR-3096), required.
