Job summary

Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking a CT Tech II. You will perform diagnostic CT examinations under radiologist guidance and provide cross-sectional imaging with attention to patient safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under supervision of Radiologist.
• Provide patient care across neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric populations; advanced CT imaging (Cardiac/vascular).

CT Tech II

Overview:

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialise in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance CT imaging (Cardiac and Vascular) and is competent/proficient with cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
