Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a Registered CT Technologist to join our imaging team on a PRN, variable shift basis in Cartersville, GA. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic CT exams under Radiologist supervision, ensuring patient safety and image quality across all ages.

Requires AMA/JRCERT accreditation, ARRT registration, BCLS certification, and at least 6 months of radiologic technology experience. Schedule includes days, evenings, nights, weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program required.
• 6 months experience as Radiologic Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under direct supervision of Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Schedule: Variable hours, days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Required: Registered CT technologist with general experience.
