Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams and provide patient care across all ages under the Radiologist's supervision. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a sign-on bonus.

Requirements include a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification and registry, and BLS certification; 6 months CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• ARRT registry/registration required.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations following prescribed standards under supervision of Radiologist.
• Provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).

PREFER:

6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BLS certified.
