Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and provide compassionate patient care across all ages under the radiology team.

The role requires graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration with at least 6 months experience, and BLS certification. Monday-Thursday 1PM-11:30PM; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certified with 6 months experience.
• Registered by the ARRT.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations under the supervising Radiologist and prescribed standards.
• Provide patient care to all age groups: neonatal to geriatrics.
• Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established radiology protocols and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Minimum Education Required

Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.

Minimum Experience Required

Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
