Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT registered CT technologist with current CPR certification.
• RI license and DOH CT supplemental license required.
• Two years of formal Radiologic Technology training and ARRT registration.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner and related equipment per protocol.
• Perform calibration tests and quality control; document results.
• Screen patients for contrast preparation and allergies; prepare contrast administration.
• Position patient and equipment; select protocol settings; acquire scans.
• Maintain records and assist in department workflow; provide student education.
