Job summary

South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers seeks a CT Scan Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures with a focus on safety and high-quality imaging. You will prepare rooms, operate CT systems, and document results per policy and radiologist guidance.

Prior CT experience and CMRT/ARRT CT credentials are preferred. This PRN role supports outpatient imaging across San Antonio area locations and requires compliance with ACR guidelines and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program or equivalent.
• CMRT certification required; ARRT CT registry preferred.
• Two years CT technologist experience preferred; Associate Degree in Radiology Technology favored.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures ensuring minimal radiation exposure and high image quality.
• Operate CT equipment and manage images per protocol and radiologist preferences.
• Obtain patient history and consent, document procedures, and maintain room readiness and stock.
