Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio seeks a CT Technologist to join the radiology team on nights. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided biopsies and procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Responsibilities include educating patients about procedures, equipment and exams while maintaining composure under pressure and working well both independently and with the CT team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic program and ARRT registered.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio radiographer license (ODH).
• BLS certification or obtain during probation.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures (biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations).
• Coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exams.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and teamwork.
