Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the CT department. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, supporting CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient flow for both inpatients and outpatients within the MetroHealth system.

Candidates must have ARRT credentials, an accredited radiologic technology education, and an Ohio radiographer license with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH)
• AHA BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in diverse settings
• Assist CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examinations
• Collaborate with CT team and other care professionals
• Maintain safety standards and work under limited supervision
