Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a Radiology specialty (CT) or one year with ARRT certification in that specialty.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures with focus on quality and patient care.
• Explain procedures to patient to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
• Prepare and position patient; adjust immobilization devices for optimal views.
• Set exposure factors based on patient and area; operate radiology equipment.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality control.
• Comply with radiation protection standards and complete required documentation.
