Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Newark campus Imaging Department invites applicants for a full-time CT Technologist. The role involves performing CT scans for in-patients and out-patients following Radiology protocols, with patient safety and accuracy as priorities. A weekend/holiday schedule is required.

Minimum credentials include ARRT CT Registry and Delaware Radiation Protection licensure, with an associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred. A CT Registry exam must be completed if not yet certified.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT Registry required.
• Delaware state radiologic protection license required.
• Completion of CT Registry exam within 2 years if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of CT scanning on in-patients and out-patients according to department protocols.
• Perform other diagnostic imaging exams as skills permit.
• Assist in learning of students and new staff within department procedures.
