Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology seeks a CT Technologist to join our CT team in the Northeast Ohio area. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, participating in CT-guided biopsies and procedures, and coordinating imaging for inpatients and outpatients.

Shift is nights with 5x12hr blocks biweekly, starting 7pm to 7am, including every other Sunday and on-call responsibilities. External applicants may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images across diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures (biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations).
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and exams to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work independently and as part of the CT team.
