Job summary

ChristianaCare Hospitals in Aston and West Grove seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging at a high technical level with minimal supervision. The role includes patient care, equipment operation, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

You will maintain quality control, document activities, and support the imaging team across facilities. Requires ARRT certification in radiography and CT within 12 months, plus BLS and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology required.
• ARRT certification in radiography required.
• CT certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred.
• 1+ years CT experience preferred.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and patient care to support physicians, nurses and staff.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment (X-Ray, CT, CR reader, PACS).
• Perform imaging exams per policies and notify physician on duty with results.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under physician/nurse direction.
• Maintain documentation and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
