Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a CT specialty OR one year in a CT specialty with ARRT certification in that specialty.

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
• Prepares and positions patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Determines exposure factors and moves imaging equipment accordingly.
• Operates radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Assists radiologists and physicians with fluoroscopy when required.
• Maintains quality control and image processing for reading by radiologist.
