Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Director of CT Product Management and Sales Operations (Finance) to lead messaging, product strategy, and sales enablement for the USA CT business line. You will manage CT Product Management and Clinical Sales Support teams, develop strategic programs, and collaborate with global resources to ensure market-aligned product development.

The role requires strong executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years sales and/or business management experience
• Demonstrated management and leadership experience
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide executive level business cases and financial assessments
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Adapt global product messages or create new segment messaging as needed.
• Manage the CT Product Management and Clinical Sales Support teams.
• Create strategic plans and develop programs aligned with business line strategy while supporting the USA CT Business Line VP and field sales team.
• Assess strategic position of CT solutions in the marketplace and collaborate with global factory resources.
• Identify and develop regional and national reference sites, KOLs, customer buying criteria, trends by segment, and business implications.
• Drive sales enablement to meet targets for market share, volume, and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to produce optimal results
• Show analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution
• Learn and implement new software and hardware solutions
• Travel and short-term international deployment as needed
