Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department for night shifts in Northeast Ohio. The role includes CT imaging, CT-guided procedures, and coordinating inpatient/outpatient scheduling.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT-registered with CT credential (or within one year), Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS certified. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT (or eligible).
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification (or obtained within probation).
• Preferred: ARRT CT certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and work well under stress.
• Collaborate with CT team, nurses, physicians, and other care providers.
