Job summary

MetroHealth is looking for a Radiology CT Technologist to perform CT imaging and assist with CT-guided procedures in the Radiology Department. The role emphasizes patient education, coordination of care, and maintaining high image quality during night shifts.

The candidate should have ARRT certification (CT) or obtain within one year, a valid Ohio license, and BLS certification, with the ability to work under stress and as part of a CT team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
