Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations, adapting procedures under the direction of a radiologist to obtain diagnostic results. You will prepare patients, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a busy imaging department.

Responsibilities include accurate filming of CT procedures, proper documentation in the HIS STAR Radiology system, and coordinating patient flow for timely reports to physicians.

Qualifications

• Registered CT technologist with ARRT CT certification.
• ARRT radiography certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adapt protocols under radiologist guidance to obtain diagnostic results.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile technique where required.
• Operate CT equipment and review images for quality.
• Document procedures and patient data in HIS STAR Radiology system.
