Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures to aid diagnosis, treatment, and research. You will independently conduct or assist with imaging, ensuring data accuracy and image quality while complying with safety standards and regulations.

The role requires certification, specialized radiologic training, and strong safety practices, with opportunities to educate students and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification upon hire; new graduates must obtain certification before employment begins.
• Completion of specialized radiologic technology training; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, operate imaging equipment, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient information and prepare for exams.
• Apply imaging protocols and optimize technical factors with ALARA principles.
• Prepare and administer medications or contrast agents as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality and data transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and other healthcare providers.
• Assist with interventional procedures and perform CT scans as prescribed.
