Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology team. You will operate CT scanners, perform imaging with attention to detail, and support radiologists during procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nurses, physicians, and therapists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety. Night shifts and rotating schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Educate patients about procedures and comfort.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Maintain equipment safety and quality control.
