Advocate Health Harrisburg is seeking a CT Imaging Supervisor to lead the radiology team in a busy 24-hour setting. You will oversee technologists, manage patient flow, and ensure high-quality CT imaging and safety practices.

The role requires ARRT or NMTCB registry with supervisory experience, BLS certification, and a Radiologic Technology degree from an ARRT-recognized program, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT or NMTCB registry and supervisory experience required.
• BLS required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directs and supervises the technical and support staff in the Radiology area.
• Coordinates and organizes patient flow throughout the department and prioritizes procedures.
• Supervises advanced procedures and ensures patient throughput and departmental efficiencies.
• Obtains medications, radiopharmaceuticals, or contrast as directed for licensed practitioners.
• Teaches new procedures and informs staff of changes.
• Performs evaluations on staff and documents needs and issues.
• Maintains equipment knowledge and manages QC testing and service follow-ups.
