Job summary

UCI Health, based in Orange, CA, seeks a Supervisor of CT to lead daily CT imaging operations, oversee scheduling, workflow, image quality, and safety, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and ACR standards.

The role collaborates with radiologists and department leadership to improve quality, dose optimization, and patient satisfaction, while mentoring CT staff and driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain venipuncture license/certification within six (6) months of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of Radiologic Tech experience and 3 years experience as a CT Tech.
• Current BLS certification.
• CRT license/certification.
• Advanced specialty certification in Computed Tomography within one (1) year of hire.
• ARRT license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of CT operations and clinical activities.
• Oversee CT scheduling, workflow management, image quality, radiation safety, contrast protocols, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with radiologists and leadership to support quality improvement, dose optimization, and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor and train CT technologists and imaging staff.
