Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in radiologic technology is required.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications are required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of CT experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff and student training, monitor educational needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in budget development and record management.
• Perform CT procedures as ordered, explain procedures to patients.
• Contribute to policy review, development, and quality assurance efforts.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold performance standards.
• Assume daily management duties in the absence of the manager, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.
