Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with CT training.
• Florida Radiologic Technologist license required.
• ARRT CT certification required.
• BLS certification with 6 months validity required at unit level.
• 5–7 years of related experience; management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CT Technologists and coordinate schedules.
• Counsel and evaluate staff performance; manage promotions/transfers.
• Implement new processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead budget planning, bids, and supply management for CT.
• Oversee Kronos processing, safety, infection control, QA activities.
• Communicate the organization's mission and ensure compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
